In becoming an itcoinBay.com VIP/entering our contest, you are expressly indicating that this contest is not unlawful where you are domiciled, or where you reside if such is applicable, and you are expressly indicating your acceptance of, and agreement with, all of our rules, policies and or conditions. Furthermore, by entering you understand and declare that itcoinBay.com accepts no responsibility for any damage to any party or any party’s property that might result from the acceptance of, and or the use of, The Grand Prize, regardless of who might be using it if and when any damage were to occur. You may purchase as many chances as you like, each chance equal to the VIP payment which is .01 BTC. For example; if one member only decides to purchase three chances, there would be a total of 102 entries (100 VIP members plus the extra 2 chances purchased in our example), so that member would have 3 out of 102 chances to win, whereas the other members would have 1 out of 102 chances to win. To purchase additional chances, simply pay the appropriate multiple of the VIP member fee (2 additional chances = .03 BTC for example) when you checkout and you will be entered that number of times. We reserve the right to publish the names of the winners and with their permission will publish their e-mail addresses.
